All of us at Curtis and Sons wish to thank our loyal clients for making 2015 such a great success!  Since 1999 Curtis and Sons has consistently led the pack in the number of homes sold in our 5 county coverage area.  This year we finished with over 4 million dollars of production ahead of our closest competition.

When Monte Curtis was posed with the question, “What do you attribute your companies continued success to?”  Monte responded, “We treat you better than family, if you don’t believe it, ask my kids!  Our commission structure has helped us remain competitive and saved our clients a great deal of money.  Most importantly, our agents are seasoned real estate veterans that work hard to get the job done well–which is this ever changing market, those without experience need not apply.”

We are hoping for a prosperous 2016, and the extended forecast is looking great–we currently have 15 pending transactions on the board.  If you are thinking about buying or selling real property, give us a call.  We’ve enjoyed our long run, and hope to run a lot longer!  Thanks Vernon, Cedar, Barton, Bourbon, and Bates Counties!  You’ve been great to us and we plan to return the favor!
