Real Property Terms & Conditions: To register, a prospective bidder must provide name, residence address, phone number, and a valid driver’s license. By registering, a prospective bidder is acknowledging that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sale. The successful bidder must sign all documents & contracts upon the conclusion of the auction. A 10% non-refundable earnest money deposit will be required should successful bidding occur. Purchase will be accompanied by an additional 5% buyer’s premium. Buyers must close within 45 days of the auction date (or following business day). The entire purchase price must be paid at closing in the form of certified funds. All announcements made the day of sale take precedence over any prior written or verbal terms of sale.
Live Auction: The real estate auction will be conducted in-person live on Saturday November 4th, 2023 starting at 12:00 p.m. CST. The property will be sold to the highest bidder. Bids can be submitted in advance or live on the day of the auction.

Curtis & Sons, Inc. reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any part, deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
