Meet Charity, a licensed REALTOR® whose work is built on honesty, strong relationships and hard work. Charity spent the last year working behind the scenes at Curtis & Sons, learning what it takes to help real people get from point A to point B in a highly competitive industry. That foundation gave her an inside-out knowledge of the buying and selling process, so every contract and situation is handled with care and dedication.

Charity graduated with honors from Northeast Vernon County High School in 2023. She was active in leadership, business development and academic organizations and on several sports teams, where she held leadership positions and earned her teammates’ trust. Those years built the professional and leadership skills she still carries today.

After high school, Charity received a scholarship to play volleyball at Mission University, where she continued her education in business management. Along the way, she realized she wanted to settle in a small-town community and showcase what Southwest Missouri has to offer.

She now lives in Nevada, Missouri, where she spent more than a year remodeling her home and taking on DIY projects. She enjoys hosting family, friends and strangers alike. Charity’s outlook is that family is everything, but family is built. As one of eight children, she learned early that everyone has a role. Growing up around hands-on residential projects with her parents, brothers and sister, she brings a practical perspective on property value and home presentation, and she never hesitates to help directly with the personal touches that make a home shine.
